IMM 0008: Previous countries of residence

Hi All,

Just would like to ask your help on this section ( Previous countries of residence: During the past five years have you lived in any other country than your own country of residence for more than six months? )

I have multiple status in one country during my 1 year and 1 month stay. See below details for clarifications:

March 06, 2016 to April 19, 2016 - I was a "Visitor" in Singapore (between the date I visited Malaysia from March 22-24, 2016 then came back to Singapore.)
April 20, 2016 to February 22, 2017 - as "Worker" in Singapore
February 23, 2017 to April 12, 2017 -as "Visitor" again in Singapore ( between the date I visited Malaysia from March 16-17, 2017 then came back again to Singapore)

So my status during my stay in Singapore was ( Visitor to Worker to Visitor).

My questions are:
1. Should I choose the "Other" status and put the (Visitor to Worker to Visitor Visa as the details under "Other" status?
2. Or should i separate these period dates and specify as Visitor / Worker?
3. Or maybe i will not include the period dates of "Visitor" status since my stay in Singapore was not in consecutive days.
