I would like to inquire at your good office about my Immigration Application. I am Jed Q. Bayking. My birthdate is on September 3,1966. My mailing address is # 19 AzucenaSt.,San Julio Subd.,San Carlos City,Negros Occidental. I am a Physical Therapist/Physiotheraspist. I have 15 years experience with my job already. I have applied my application since 2006. I have always been opening the website about our application status every now & then.I am always monitoring the status is always "on process" since December 21,2006.I have received my first letter on December 21, 2006 which I received my File Number.I received my 2nd letter on Nov.2008 stating confirmation of my application whether we are still interested in migrating to Canada and we were given 90 days to confirm because we want to go to Canada.Then the last letter I received was on December 7,2009 which states to apply for Permanent Residence because my occupation is under one of the 38 occupations listed in the Ministerial Instructions which were announced in November 2008 under the new guidelines but I didnot apply because I am hoping for my application to be granted since it is already seven(7) years. I am already eager and interested to go to Canada but I was wondering why it took so long?I would also like toask if Am I affected with your new Bill C- 38(Jobs,Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act?Recently I monitored in the CAS I was shock because when I entered my File Number and datas I can't already see my status.What happen why I can't see it anymore?Is it possible even if I have already the File Number my records will be lost?Can you advise me what to with it and my status in my application?Hope to hear from you soon it would be highly appreciated if you can advise me with it.Thank you very much.
