IME Number Not Found by Panel Physicians. IME number invalid.

I received a medical exam request (IMM 1017E), but panel physicians in my country cannot find my IME number in their system. It has been a week, and I’ve tried multiple clinics without success.

Also, I’ve only been outside Canada for 4 months in the past year, so I may not need a medical exam based on IRCC’s guidelines. Could this be related to the issue? I have already sent webform request, but no response so far!

I actually created an account just for this as I am dealing with the exact same problem, received my medical rq on Monday and we’ve been trying since Wednesday to figure it out. Submitted a web form today

Yeah. I’m worried about what if the IRCC can’t give response within 30 days. Then what we should do. Have you ever applied for a Canada visa before? If so, I think we may don’t need to do the medical examination

I haven’t applied before. In the we form I submitted I made sure to include a message from the physician specifying the error that was showing up when he tried inputting the number.
