IME Letter after applying for visitor Visa?

Biometric Booked - 27 April 2023
Tried booking a medical exam, but they asked for an IME number. Then I understood that IRCC will send medical instruction letter. In how much time I can expect that? How much time did it take for you guys to get the instruction letter?

IME request comes when the officer is reviewing the file and wants a medical

You can also get it done upfront and attach the emedical sheet via webform. Medical reports are pulled directly by IRCC from e-medical

Thanks. I did some digging and called some friends. Medical is not required for Visitor Visa if the stay is less than 6 months.
