Hi. Am I permitted to fill out this form, validate it then send it to my partner in Ukraine to sign it? She then would scan it and send it back to me via email.

Signatures must be original, not scanned. She needs to mail the form to you.

No, also needs to be mailed.

As Canuck says.

Everything needs to be 'paper' and original 'wet signatures' for both parties - your problem how you go about sorting that.

The only exception is IMM5669 (Schedule A), but this is requested AFTER submission of your pack and uploaded via MyCIC.

Can the photos be certified from the that took the photos in Ukraine and still be valid here or will I have to get them certified here?
