I'm trying to book an RCMP criminal record check so I can apply for PR though the site i'm using (https://www.cgl360.ca/ids) doesn't have very clear options, and their service number is really of no hope as they have no hold system and directly just ask me to send a voice message (which I did) - anyone else run into something similar and know which option to pick from the menu? The lack of clarity is quite confusing.
