i'm so confusing about "New fee" help me.

hi every one.
i saw this notice form CIC website and here.

it's about they gonna charge more money for visa and new fee start from Feb 21
now waiting my AOR from CIC through BC PNP.
my work permit left 119 days. so i'd like to extension work permit as closed work permit.
is new rule effective to me??
plz let me know if you guys have idea .

PS, i know my English is terrible and a lot of mistake. i'm studying now. haha

It will apply to your employer if the work permit extension is applied after Feb 21 (if the intent is to get a "closed" work permit). Your employer will have to shell out $230 in addition to providing information about the business and organization.
