My most recent temporary resident visa extension was rejected im assuming because i failed to mention that i was in the process of applying for sponsorship However the rejection letter was generic and didnt really explain why my request was rejected.
So now im doing a restoration of status but they ask for a letter explaining why my status was refused etc and an explanation etc. Problem is they really didnt explain what i was refused for it ws as i said a generic letter no specifics so i just explained my wife is pregnant we applied for pr would request my status be restored etc etc
Third when restoring my status do i have to apply for another extension as well or is just a restoration of status sufficient. And since they are thr exact same form do i fill out two of the same forms or just one with both the extend my status and restore my status box checked.
