She verified that my son is considered an undertaking.

From your previous posts, your child is Canadian and therefore not an undertaking. Undertakings refer to those whom you have previously sponsored.

in Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008),

it is supposed to be filled in by the Applicant, the one who's being sponsored.

Do I say "1" for the question #3, which is

"How many family members, including you, are in this application?"

Because the sponsor doesn't count as the applicant's "dependent" obviously, right?

Form 5481:

Question 4 answer is "1"
Question 5a answer is "1"
Question 6b answer is "1"
Question 7 answer is "3".

So, no, not an undertaking but listed in the section of this form that discusses undertakings.

I'm not sure why it seemed important or relevant to clear this up, but there you have it.

You stated the child was an undertaking, which was incorrect. I just wanted to make sure that you knew that and didn't make a mistake in your app, just trying to help....

Thanks for replies, guys.

What about on Generic Application Form For Canada (IMM-0008) Question 10?

My status is Implied Status (previously Visitor for 6 months) waiting for my Visitor's Visa.

Should I just leave the dates empty, and write down "Implied Status(Visitor)"?

Hi,
Can anybody suggest home how can I fill the address I have lived before section in the application form?
