Im not sure if im eligible for PGWP, heres my case

I was withdrawn from the college due to non payment(winter term) 2025, i talked to my admin and they said they can provide an authorised letter of leave, now during the fall intake(may-aug) they said they are not accepting international students, they said they can provide a letter stating that this is a break term as for support in my pgwp application. But the thing is the program i was initially enrolled in from 2023 (business administration and general studies) is no longer eligible for PGWP but my college admin says if i re-enter as a returning student into the program i might be eligible for PGWP. What are your thoughts on this!

When did you get your most recent study permit and when does it expire? Will you be able to finish as a returning student before having to renew it again?

Im getting a study permit extension not a new study permit, i applied for the extension before my study permit was expired, im not sure if study permit extension also comes under this case

From theworkbridge site it simply says visa, which is a bit inaccurate or at least inconsistent with IRCC's own terminology, but I'd suspect that means extensions made after Nov 1, 2024 fall under the new policy.

Again, knowing the dates and timing are important.
