I'm having trouble linking my paper application to my online account

I just sent in a document to revise my application that was returned to me. In the letter that showed that application was returned to me there was an application number for my application. I then tried to link the application to my online account using that same number and it says the application was not found. What do I do?

Use any of the other linking options. Also paper application are not being processed that could also be why its not in the system.
