I'm cuban, someone can tell me what i have to do to obtain a visa card?

I'm just starting with this process and first of all I need to know where to find all the forms needed to apply and start the process, and someone can tell me about a good lawyer?

I think you want a visa or a permanent resident card. A visa card, you get in the bank.
