My husband needed to upload two police checks to his online account and did not realize he needed to put them in the same PDF. So he uploaded one then could't upload the other one (once you press upload the option to upload disappears). We decided to mail the other one right away to the Mississauga processing center and attached a note as to what happened. But the deadline for them to receive his police checks is November 12th... so I would like to somehow let them know that we have sent the other one by mail. BUT I can't figure out how to get in touch with them.
We live outside of Canada, so we can't call them (which seems like complete nonsense).
I sent a message through the web form and just got an unhelpful automated response telling me how to attach documents.
Any ideas?
