Im about to complete one year on ICT Work Permit. Can I apply for new Work Permit with different employer before PR?

Hi, I'm yet to get an ITA and I'm banking on scoring 50 points with Canadian Experience Class, since I will be completing one year on ICT Work Permit by July. Can I switch to a different employer now, that can apply for an ICT Work Permit ?

A different employer cannot apply for an ICT for you.

If you want to work for a different employer, that employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit.
