I have being in Canada same 2007, refugee approve same 2011 , married the love of my life but she have a very bad back problem that Canadians doctor do not want to touch and a ear problem that we get a answer that is normal only she need to get used to that .
My wife has consult doctors back in Colombia and they give her better opportunity to get better but I'm I a refugee so I can't travel to with her send that is breaking my heart .
Is anyway can I get any paper or approval

The short answer is no. If you travel to your country of persecution, you could run into very big issues once you apply for citizenship that will not only result in a refusal of the citizenship application - but also having your PR status revoked.

Is your spouse from Colombia and does she have refugee status as well?
Does she have Canadian citizenship and did she renounce her Colombian citizenship?
If answer to the first question is yes and to the second question is no, then your spouse cannot travel to Colombia. Doing that may cause here refugee status being revoked.
Otherwise she would be free to go there.
If answer to the second question for you (and not your spouse), then you cannot travel to Colombia with her.

But even if you are facing worst case scenario (that none of you can travel), there is still hope.
She would have to renounce her refugee status and at the same time you would have to apply for spousal sponsorship (takes app. 1 year if your spouse would return to Colombia and wait for it there).
Up to you to decide.
