I'm a Canadian citizen, do I need to be on my Spouses PR application?

Hi all,

I'm common-law with a TFW here on the Live-in Caregiver program. Of course, we mark her as common-law on the application, but is it required that I provide proof of common-law? I am not sponsoring her, she is already qualified through the program.
