if the processing time done and nothing finished in my file yet what shall i do

the processing time in my file was done since july 20 2013 which is 18 months since approval for sponsorship and until now there no movement in my file and the ecas saying we received ur application in octber 24. 2011 what shall i do in that case
is there link in cic so ican make complainant against the visa office so they can atleast move the file

Since there is currently an on-going "strike" by the union of workers that processes visa applications. I'm not so sure "they" are going actively respond to such a complaint. Whoever it is that you mean by "they" . . .

Talk to your MP and also u can order caips notes to see why your file is not moving anywhere
