Hi there
I passed the citizenship test in June 2013 and received RQ for having a US work Visa in my passport. But I didn’t go to US during the 4 years period. This is proved by CBSA report and I submitted my RQ with all relevant documents in Aug 2013.

Last week, I received a report (after a long waiting time) from US Border Agency that also states that I never visited US during that 4 years validity period. Now, my question is can I send a copy of this report to CIC? Or I can show this to the Judge during the interview? I don’t know when they will call me for interview? My concern is if sending that copy now after a gap of 17 months would further increase my waiting period or not? Please provide your valuable suggestions.

Thanks
Manisha

Did you order FOIA request? Did you online create FOIA account? If yes, you must have received the entry/exit reports.

Also, if you have i94 issued, you can check the following link to access it:

If the document helps your case, I don't see why you wouldn't send it. If CIC hasn't been working on your case for the past 17 months, sending the document might cause them to do something about your file. This is just my opinion though.

Manisha,
you should send the usa records to prove that you never visited usa during four year period. It would be beneficial for you.
Also you said about judge?
are you by any chance expecting a hearing with judge?
