If remarried, do we need to submit decree of divorce while applying for PR in Canada?

If previously divorced and now remarried, do I need to submit my divorce decree in the process of applying for permanent residency in Canada?

I do not have a divorce certificate, but I do have a decree of divorce(ex-parte).
I am an Indian, married and divorced in India. Please let me know the documents necessary in regards to this.

What does the Document Checklist tell you?

Document checklist send by the immigration consultant says marriage/divorce certificate. I am not comfortable in asking them about this particular topic. That’s why posting this in this forum. Highly appreciate if you could guide me.
