sort of depends. if you're in Canada and still on a valid work visa, you can keep working and resubmit an application.
If you don't have a valid visa you'd probably have to stop working and switch to visitor and then decide if you can afford to stay not working while you submit another application. or just decide to not submit another one and leave.
if you're outside canada, you can submit another application or look elsewhere.
like i said, depends on your own situation.
