if pcc is not received submission deadline

Hi My ITA is received on 31 may. My deadline of 90 days is 31 August. Actually I have lost my passport while travelling. So its under process. In case my PCC is not received on time . Can i add LOE for that I have submitted it and it is due with all the proofs. ?

If you can't submit PCC with your application you need to provide details that you've applied for PCC and it will be susequently issued.

So they give you a provision to explain the circumstances. At the same time PCC is taken as a mandatory document and they take it very seriously. Do your best to get it within your timeline if not you follow the process as outlined in this link.
