If my result still pending untill this week, say goodbye to sep intake

I think if my result appears end of july or agst and i need to reapply.
I think i wont make it for sep intake.

It takes more than 7 weeks so far..
I cant wait for another 7 weeks for reapplying.
My course start sep 1st.
