If my Parents Medical Exam done at overseas by CIC approved Panel Doctors

Hi Experts
Please if any one can answer my enquiry of my parents visa.

I am Canadian citizen, and have had sponsored my parents for Canadian Permanent Residence visa with visa-office at New Delhi. My parents were on vistor visa to Australia to meet my brother there and during that they recieved thier Medical exam request through an email to my email address which on enquiry from CIC, been advised to get medicals done from any Panel of Doctors.

So this was done at Australia and was forwarded to CIC Manila- Phillipines by the Panel of doctors at Australia. Medicals were done in Early November 2012 and ECAS is currently showing APPLICATION RECIEVED. Now my mother is planning to arrive INDIA end of this month. So is there any chance she can get Pasport request from CIC at Australia or she needs to come back to New Delhi to get visa stamped.

Is any body knows roughly knows how many months does this take to get passport request. Actually PCC has already been given during the Initial application.
Please advise.

1. No the passport request will come from New Delhi.
2. Probably will get a passport request soon, but it is usually about 3 months after the passport request that the COPR is issued according to Trackitt http://www.trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/family-class

Please advise

1. As they are Indian citizens, their copr and counterfoil will be issued by ND, it can't be done in Canada.
2. As they have been in Australia for more than 6 months, they will require a PCC from Australia.
3. They better apply for it and send it to ND. When ND sees their passport, and notes the Australia travel, then they won't issue the COPR until the PCC is received for Australia.

I have already sent email to CCP OTTAWA from where the UCI Number and medials related email was received, but no reply yet for past 3 weeks.

Please advise to whom should I contact: CIO Mississauga, CIC Ottawa, or CIC New Delhi
I am going to get PCC for Australia now as per your suggestion

New Delhi. However, they may not reply to you as most VOs do NOT reply.

So u r saying, i should only focus liasing with my visa office CIC New Delhi. As advised I have sent emails about 3 weeks ago, to all related CIO/CIC mission e.g. CIO Ontario (from where MR email came from), CIC Manila (where medicals were sent by Medical Panel in Australia), and CIC India (my parents local VO)

Unfortunately havent recieved single word/reply except automated email return reply/acknowledgement. Anyway I have mentioned in my email that my parents are departing Australia on last week of Feb 2013 and include itenrary as an attachment as reference. I have also applied and recieved Police clearence for parents visit of 9 months in Australia (in case CIC /VO asks for, just as a precautionary measure).

So my question is, if this is a good practice to send the Police clearence certificate to CIC even without asking it. The reason i am asking is the Police certificate is valid for 90 days and will expire on 10 May 2013. If to send then to which address.

Please advice me with the following-
To whom should I connect
Should I send Police clearence without asking, if so to which address
When should I expect change in ecas status change from APPLICATION RECIEVED

My mother has received medical evaluation few days ago, which has now been done and dispatched after confirming the report is ok.

Can any one advise what sort of additional delay (in terms of time) this will cause in the passport request.

My mother is now at India.

Hi pals please advise for below:

My mother has received medical evaluation few days ago (second medical request) which has now been rectified/done and dispatched after confirming the report is ok.

Can any one please advise what sort of additional delay (in terms of time) this will cause in the passport request.

My mother is now in India, previously she was at Australia on tourist visa where her first medicals was done.

Also please advise if I need to send her Australia's visit "policy clearance" (I got in hand for her 8 months visit as a back up in case CIC wants). I have already send the scanned copy to CIC New Delhi and CIC Ontario. So my question is should I send the hard copy as well, if so then to which address. Please note: no one from CIC has requested police clearance yet, but I have done for my own, just to save time in case CIC asks for.
