If my mother exit from Canada to USA & come back same day it will treat as exit and new entry stamp

Looking advise and reply from respected members who always participate to help each other.

I have question that my mother come here from Pakistan and she has near 6 month to stay in Canada she has multiple Canada visa for 8 years. Now I am interesting to stay her in Canada more next six month. She has 5 years multiple USA visa and I am planning to took her USA just cross border and return back day to Canada.
My friend told me it will not treat as exit and she need to go Pakistan and come back Canada this will treat as exit from USA.

Please advise me there is any way where she go to USA and come back Canada without long stay and Canada border put new entry stamp when she enter in Canada from USA.

Purpose to doing this exercise that my mother is 76 year old and it is not easy to travel long from Canada to Pakistan and she also need that she cannot travel alone somebody need to travel with her and return ticket is also very expensive.

You can extend her stay in Canada by submitting a extension of visitor record online. If she goes to the border and come back, CBSA officers will scrutinized your mother and ask her whats her purpose in Canada, how long she will be staying and how much funds she has for her stay.

Do note a visitor visa is not meant for living in Canada permanently. Your mother will have to go back to Pakistan sooner or later. Also her entry records are recorded by CBSA Officers. If they know that she has been entering Canada frequently, they may deny her entry or even limit her stay to weeks instead of 6 months.

agree with wonderland your mother needs to go back to home country, entering USA won't help as they won't consider it as a fresh entry and they can deny entry as well as a visitor you must have reason to stay in CA and when she already spend 5 months or more so best if she went back home and came back again after 6 or more months Good Luck

CBSA will consider this as an abuse of the process. You *really* don't want that to happen.
If re-admitted, they will use the same expiry date as she has currently.

It's up to the CBSA officer. None of us can predict what will happen. Two things are possible:

1) Officer will stamp her passport and let her in for either six months or whatever length of time the officer writes in her passport.
2) Officer will not stamp her passport and let her in based on her original visit.

As others have said, best option is to apply for an extension from within Canada.
