If ITA is received, do you get to choose which stream to apply under?

My current EE profile states that I meet the criteria for both CEC and FSW.
If I receive ITA, do I get to choose which stream to apply under or does the system automatically choose it for me?
I'd rather apply under CEC to be honest, since I'm more familiar with it. Any thoughts?
