I am currently working and waiting to complete 1 year of Canadian experience in 2282

If I submit my CEC application and 8 months time left on Open Work Permit then what should i do : ?

How much time it generally takes for CEC application on average.

Can i apply to extend my work permit ?
What if my work permit gets expired and i don't hear back anything for my CEC application ? Will i have to leave country ? Will my application will get rejected in that case

what are the diffrent scenerios and solutions if any

Thanks

Can i apply to extend my work permit ? yes. After you receive aor.
What if my work permit gets expired and i don't hear back anything for my CEC application ? Will i have to leave country ? no. You would have bridge open work permit Will my application will get rejected in that case no.

If you have completed one year experience then you can apply for the CEC. Based on current average, in 60-100 days, you should be receiving aor. Once you get the AOR then within the four months of expiry of your current work permit you can apply for bridge open work permit.
Hope this helps.

What if i don't get enough time to Bridge Work permit

So in that situation what if Work Permit expires...Do i have to leave country and does this leads to rejection of my file, or i get approval and i can come back ?

Thanks

can anyone please clear the further doubts please

Thanks
Why would you not have a time to apply for the BOWP. You said you have 8 month pending. If you apply before EE, then you would have enough time to apply for the BOWP. If you miss this year then you need to apply under EE. EE criteria is not fully clear yet. That may be totally different story. I would say don't wait apply under current rules as soon as possible(if you are eligible). You never know what would be the rule. Even a single statement in screwed up everything.

Hope this helps.

If you get an AOR then chances are you most definitely should get a bridging open work permit.. however, just incase u don't get bridging WP, you can apply for restoration of status and stay in Canada as a visitor.. or u can go back to your country while the PR application is in process.
