If I start my classes from Sept online and will get study visa later then will I be eligible for 3 year postgraduate work permit?

Hi,
I am going to attend classes online and I will apply for study visa next week. I don't think I will get visa before September so will I be eligible to attend classes online and If I do then will I be eligible for 3 year PGWP?

You can maybe attend classes online without a study permit but that time will not be counted toward a PGWP.
