If I need to contact CIC Sydney?

Hi,

I'm hoping a package arrives in Australian on Monday which will give me just over 3 weeks for the certificates to process. Just incase I need to inquire or try to extend the deadline, does anyone know how I'm supposed to go about it? Is it just Sydney.immigration @international.gc.ca?

How did CIC contact you about the missing certificates? By email? If so, use that email and include either your application number or client number.

Awesome thank you! Yes, they emailed me, I did shoot something back with my UCI and file # in the headers and never got anything back so I'm worried that if I really do need an extension they will just ignore my email then what if my certs arrive just a day late? All because I can't get a hold of them?
