If I move for my further studies in Canada having a student visa. I want to take my spouse with me. Please make me clear about the confusion I hade in my mind about spouse. That I can take her with me or not ?

Your spouse can apply to come with you either through a visitor visa or work permit. There is no guarantee her visa will be approved.
