If I get Visa for Qubec uni (concordia),can i join other uni (ottawa) reching CA

Kindly help me, I have got admission offer from Concordia Uni, I also have applied for Ottawa in Ontario. I wana go to Ottawa. Now if I apply for visa using concordia uni admission letter, so after getting visa can i go to ottawa. or should I have to apply again for visa for ottawa? Hope you people understand my question
