Dear All,
I really need your help in clarifying the following:
I am currently outside Canada. Say I got my PR based on BC-PNP. After landing in BC and starting my work with the employer who supported my nomination with his job offer, is there any minimum period that I must stay with this employer before I can change my job within British Colombia province (in case I get a better job opportunity)? Or, changing the province and go work in another one (say Ontario)?

I heard about 2-years minimum period to stay in the province that I had the nomination from before I can move to another province. Also heard about a minimum of 6-months period to stay with the employer who supported my nomination application before changing job within the same provice. However, I could not find an official statement about that! Can you guys share your knowledge with me.

Thank you all.

Maybe it depends upon province. I know that in some provinces, if you are supported by employer you get close work permit from 18 to 24 months. Regarding staying in province, some people talk about even 5 years, and some say you can move after getting PR, but nobody yet provided any official info.
