If I applied inland FSW, do I need to stay in Canada the whole process?

HI, everyone
Probably a dumb question. But I am really confused about this part. I know if I apply under family class for inland, I cannot leave Canada because if I cannot return to Canada, my application will be considered as abandoned.
Is it the same for EE-FSW？
