If I already know I will get RQ, should I send all documents that RQ will ask in my initial package?

If I already know for sure that I will get a RQ, can I just send all the credit cards statement, employment, salary documents, phone call documents, doctor appointment documents in the initial package? I think it will reduce the amount of time that they issue a RQ to me and I respond to them.

Do you think it is okay to do that?

Why are you expecting an RQ. Only send documents required or close to.

I would also like to know how you're sure you will get an RQ. I would advise to send the forms that are requested, nothing more.

I had a green card and lived in the states for 8 years. My husband accidentally had my green card in his passport when he drove across the border by himself. The US officer swiped my green card but noticed that it was not him. They did not cancel the green card swipe and that entry was entered in their system. I have a US entry on my travel records from both US and Canadian travel records that I ordered from FOIA and CSBA but I have no Canadian entry (of course! I did not leave Canada). I have contacted the US border, Canadian border, FOIA, and CSBA but none of them will remove the record. Therefore, there is a false exit on my travel records from FOIA and CSBA.

I need to prove that I actually did not leave Canada. I know for sure they will see there is an exit record that I don't report on my application and they will assume that I have left Canada and did not come back.

So in this case, can I just submit all documents relate to RQ in my initial submission?

What I would recommend is this:

• Attach an extra page explaining exactly what you just described.
• Explain that you have been in Canada all this time.
• Attach some proof of it but don't overdo it. Don't flood them with documents. But provide something solid.

The last step is: Tell you husband he owes you a one-week all inclusive spa vacation for giving you so much stress

I provided a full copy of my passport because I changed my legal name in Canada. and I am sure if I only provide the bio page of my passport, CIC may wonder whether I have another passport with my new name and travel with it. therefore, I provided a full copy of my passport to prove that I am still using the passport with my old name even after I changed my name in Canada. I am sure CIC will ask for a full copy of my passport or RQ if I don't provide it now....
