If highest degree is from Canada, no need to provide ECA of other degrees to OINP when applying PNP express in OINP?

yes, I have a Canadian degree as my highest degree. I also have lower degrees from other countries. Do i need to provide ECA for degrees from other countries?

If you have enough CRS points to get nominated through OINP with just degree, then no. If you need more CRS points to count two or more degrees then yes.

Thank you! sorry, I am a little confused. my highest degree is phd in Canada, and other one master and one bachelor from other country. So I no need to provide ECA for master and bachelor?
