Dear seniors,

If employer has not given Experience Letter, can we show Offer letter, Appointment letter, Increment letter, Promotion letter and Salary slips as experience proof?

Please advice....

Thanks & regards,

Sandeep

Yes, you can provide all what you mentioned. Support these with income tax papers or social security filings by government to provide an evidence that you were employed by him. Write an explanation letter to explain the reasons behind this, and it will work.

Cheers

one of the letters must have your job descriptions which correspond with the job descriptions under the NOC you are applying....

Thanks lot Mezo2009 and Haral

Job description is VERY IMPORTANT.
Also attach...

1 - A cover letter explaining in detail you job and what you do. Also the reason for being unable to provide experience letter from the current Boss.
2 - Proof that you were paid.
3 - Something showing Job description.
4 - Contact details of the Boss / in-charge etc, it is a requirement (Business Card) in the Check List, as Visa Officer can/might check by calling etc.
5 - Something else that you can think will help regarding job/experience etc :)

Yes - remember that the immigration officer will need to be satisfied that you have performed the lead statement and a substantial number of the duties from the evidence you provide.

Has your employer given the reason why they won't provide the experience letter? Have you explained its importance?

If this work experience is for your minimum 1 year in the 29 in-demand NOCs to satisfy the MI, then I don't think salary slips and offer letter etc will be enough.

If your "boss" is playing hardball and won't provide the letter, could you try to get it from your HR department instead?

Best of luck.
Wayne.

Dear Wayne,
Just a quick question what If the Employer is a rude/wicked person & not in good terms with you.......... How do u convince the VO about this??????????
