If a person works alone at the kiosk (little store) as a "clerk" can that person be considered as a supervisor?

Yes you are the supervisor of that certain establishment. Supervisor which is the one called skilled worker are supervisor that supervise and co-ordinates staffs such as casher, stockers etc etc. Im short you are just supervising that kiosk store but not supervising any other staff, so you are not a skilled worker.
Check out your work permit if you have one, because there is possibility also to work here in canada that doesn’t required working visa or permit.

No. You need to be supervising people for your job responsibilities to match the supervisor NOC.

Your job title and the NOC for which you qualify can be quite different. Read through a few NOCs and see which one your duties match the closest.

Others can comment as well but for me a supervisor role implies someone is supervising staff so working alone would not meet that criteria.

Which NOC do you think covers your job duties ? 6211 for example is for retail sales supervisor

So a 6552 Customer service rep then NOC classification C unskilled

https://noc.esdc.gc.ca/Structure/NocProfile/9f55df3e17cc4ed4bf4ebfa8c3e063ba?objectid=8CshO6oYIoLG7ABxQ2brhCr42P711qt9CuDoacIA+YnogibARSDld85jaZ7Aq1eM

OR 6421 retail sales person NOC classification C unskilled

https://noc.esdc.gc.ca/Structure/NocProfile/fcc2d2ea972348bfb0b8e3379c9c37bc?objectid=qUKqwKhPiEGzzlG9UI29VyWhUY6CKicacBdRCPyZodSPw10Tfql7JOJ1/ut01fNf

As above you are not a supervisor but based on your post just a retail sales person.

Ultimately upto you what NOC you think you are and what to claim for as only you are affected by your choice.
