In using the COME TO CANADA TOOL and CHECKING CRS SCORES, should one use the ielts scores or the CLB scores ?

Did you try to switch to CELPIP and see the score range change? Rational thinking, if you change the exam format and the score range change means that It's indeed the score of the exam that you obtained.
