Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Dear friends.
I am looking for a university in Canada which accepts Ielts band of 5.5 overall.
I have found many colleges, but unfortunately they determined that no section must be lower than 5 band.
My result in IELTS is 5.5 overall, and the details are, speaking : 6, writing 5.5, listining:5 reading 4,5
Do you think that any of these colleges would accept me to enroll to a program I want which is Architectural technologies ?.
thank you so much

Even if you get any colleges, while applying for Visa they will expect at least 6 in each.

U cant enroll for university with 5 bands u'll need atleast 6 ... and min of 6 in each
college can accept band of 6 with 5.5 min...

Moreover ur case will become weak to apply for visa.. so better safe than sorry.. reapply ielts and get min 6
then surely u'll be able to go to Canada

Is it sure, that I must get at least 6 in each to get the visa?

it is too much

one question please
could I go to study English in Canada before studying in a university and to get the target band?

Some universities accept as low as 5.5 overall. IELTS is not that hard, you can get more for it iam sure.
But to continue your kind of degree you might need to take mathmatics exams like GRE, if iam correct.

Dear sir!

i heard tha GRE is only for USA.Is it also necessary for canad? How much band is eligible for postgraduate stduy?Thank you.

no IELTS is not a requirement for visa , but SPP visa requires IELTS, if a student has studied in an institution where medium of language is english then no language requirements, but i've heard from many friends that you can ask the university/college to take the test for you upon reaching there , u can also try doing that but again it depends upon the medium of instruction at your school.

;D

Iam not really sure, but 2 years ago yiu would need if the program or courses you wanted to take were related to exact science.
