Yes - the CELPIP test. But it can only be taken in Canada.

And if for my imigration this test is required so how can i take

You can't take CELPIP from outside of Canada. Your only option from outside of Canada is IELTS.

1) How do they conduct IELTS Listening Exam? Are the participants given head phones for listening or they arrange big loud speakers in the Examination Hall?
2) For IELTS Speaking, is it one-on-one or do we need to speak with examiner over phone?
3) After IELTS Exam, can we take the exam question paper (reading & writing) to home or to be submitted to them along with the answer sheets?
