IELTS Sealed TRF?

Hi,

Have you guys collected a sealed TRF for your IELTS score? Is it mandatory to collect the sealed TRF so that you can submit it to IRCC during any phase of the express entry application?

TRF document will have your TRF number (If you appeared in BC). You will need to upload scanned copy of TRF.

The TRF number was part of the online results for my wife (she did her IELTS in Canada). Since we already have the TRF do we still need to scan the actual document? It hasn't arrived at our indicated address of a friend in Canada yet.

Only test report form number is needed. They don't ask for actual ielts report.

Then its not required. In my case of BC, I received TRF number only once TRF hardcopy reached my home.

I am in favor of this and posted this thing long time back, however lots of forum members started replying that its never required.

This forum really has some crazy people who post anything.

IMO, TRF scanned copy should be uploaded.

A few applicants will receive ADR for ielts hard copy, if the agent can't access the scores through the ielts website based on the reference number.
Now show me a link on the cic website where it says it's a required document.

There is no official guidelines on this... people have received request to raise another copy even after they have provided language score copy at the first place.
Having said that, there are lot of things IRCC does not quote in black and white.
