IELTS scores Validity

My IELTS scores are valid till Dec/1/2014. Should my application for PR under CEC reach CIC before Dec/1 OR I should get AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) before Dec/1 for my scores to be valid ? Thanks for your inputs

There will be no issue to get file number If your file open to start processing on or before Dec/1/2014 but later CIC will ask you to submit new results.
