how many points do i get from 16?

These scores are needed for immigration purpose .... :-[

i have 12/16, does this scores will stop my progress from getting visa or getting into college or work permit or other documents?

It is not like that ... If you are applying on student VISA ... then only your IELTS bands are needed not these scores .... The scaled points against the IELTS bands (as you keep 12 ) would just be needed if you apply for immigration ....

Your 12 is more than good dear .... For immigration purpose ... You have to secure a specific number of points from different aspects .... !
