Yes you will be eligible because you got more than 6.0 in each section.
HOWEVER! For a better chance at getting an invitation to apply you want to get at least 8.0 in listening and 7.0 in the other sections because the points would be much higher for you.

im new to this forum and all your info has been amazing
1) im having trouble translating the ielts to clb which I think is common with everyone. my over all mark was 7 in elts. im considering to apply again for a higher score but does it really make a big difference?
2) is there higher points for CES? I have all my education certificates and ready to send, but im not having luck in getting transcripts as my education was in uk. can I just the copies?
3) I was put through to express entry and asked to job bank a few days ago then all of a sudden it was saying ineligible - even after they sent a congratulations and proceed to job bank (which I did) does that mean I have to apply again or will the status change ?
