Depends on what skill category you are applying...!!..Like NOC O,A or B...Do you have your skill code with you?

Your writing score is 5.5 which is CLB equivalent to 6.5..... if it is being considered as CLB 7 you qualify.
Unfortunately, it would be considered as CLB 6. And if so, you might need at least one of the other scores to be CLB equivalent to 8.

So, it depends on the visa officer who processes your application.
I am sorry to say, you better take the re-exam before applying.

I think it is sufficient if you apply under NOC category B, but not for O or A since you have a 5.5. Both bigben3 and ganesh123 have reasoned well as above.

I'm planning to apply for PR in CEC category for NOC 0213 (Level O).

My overall IELTS Score is: 6.5
with result for each ability of IELTS:

Listening - 6.0
Reading - 7.0
Writing - 6.0
Speaking - 6.5

Is it sufficient or shall I appear for test again? Please advise. Thanks.

but i just notice that my Score should be CLB ..7,7,6,8 for NOC A

what should i do now ,,will CIO will ask me to submit a new IELTS , ? or they will return my application as incomplete ?
