Listening Reading Writing Speaking Overall
5.0 5.5 5.5 7.5 6.0

1) What is the skill level for telecom software designer?

2) Am i eligible for applying PR under CEC category for the above score?

3) Could you please let me know the link details on CIC.gc.ca for the skill set and NOC?

1) definitely skill level A
2) sorry ur CLB scores are 5, 6, 6, 8 - ur score does not meet the requirement

I believe ur noc is 2173, can u let us know what is the occupation on ur work permit

On work permit it mentioned as Telecommunication software designer.
