IELTS score card with CIC

Hello experts,

I sent my original IELTS to CIC for FSW in september 2014.
I am assuming it is lost now. For applying EE, how can I get another sore card or do I need to sit for IELTS again.
IELTS was through British Council and they are saying we will not give any duplicate copy.

Try contact your test center, they should be able to sent you extra copies at a cost.
