Can i submit my IELTS results after submitting the application form? I had to reschedule my IELTS date for some reason and will get my results late.

No - you can't.

Your application would be returned to you, which further delays your file OR your application might get rejected since having IELTS included in your application package is part of the checklist.

My understanding is NO - but you should call them and ask.
