Yippeee....finally the results are released after a long time of 2 and a half months. Waiting for the TRF now.. Good luck to all. Hope you guys also get your results soon

No online result..some friends received result report.

You will not see your result online, it will only be sent by post. hope you got yours.

Guys there is a way to get your results faster once they are released and dispatched by IELTS authorities.

You need to send an SMS to 9289892898. The SMS format should be as follows:

RESULT (SPACE) CANDIDATE NUMBER (SPACE) PASSPORT NUMBER

e.g. RESULT 131424 L1234567

Hope this information helps. This number was given on British Council website. I am not sure if it will work for everyone, but I think it should work for candidates who appeared for the exam through British Council. Its worth a try.

Yes i appeared for my ielts on 20th feb.... and was waiting for the results since...

Listening : 8.5
Reading 9
Writing 7.5
Speaking 7.5.

Now waiting for TRF.

My result is also withheld. Gave at IDP. Today was the result date what could be the possible reason for this....really worried now :-[
