IELTS REQUIREMENT FOR STUDY VISA in Novascotia

Hi All

I have 3 years of experience and have done B-tech in IT and working with British Telecom at Delhi.
My IELTS score is overall 6 with speaking 5.5. I got an acceptance from the university. Please tell me whether I will be eligible for study visa or not ?

Generally speaking, CIC wants to see scores of at least 6.0 in all four IELTS categories for those applying to attend university in Canada. I would take IELTS again before you apply and achieve a higher score. With your current scores, there's a risk you'll be refused for the 5.5 in speaking.
