IELTS Requirement for CEC Class

Hi,

Can any one tell me , if a person who is applying under CEC class has 10 years of work experience along with MS and MBA degree from US can be exempt from taking IELTS exam? Also do we need to submit the result with the application or can this be submitted later?

2. No, it has to be submitted with the application.

It is mandatory to include IELTS (no exemptions are granted).

If you do not submit IELTS with your original application package, it will be returned to you as incomplete.
